Job Summary:
As the Chief Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, crafting high-impact sales strategies, and building long-term client relationships. This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the Founders/CEO, with a seat at the strategic decision-making table.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the media production space
Lead business development efforts across brand films, digital content, corporate videos, and other creative solutions
Identify new market opportunities and forge strong relationships with agencies, brands, and corporate clients
Collaborate closely with the creative and production teams to ensure seamless alignment between client needs and deliverables
Drive revenue targets and build a high-performing sales team as the business scales
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with a focus on long-term partnerships
Maintain a deep understanding of media trends, client behavior, and competitive landscape
Requirements:
4–6 years of proven experience in sales/business development specifically within a media production company
Strong network of clients in advertising, marketing, branding, or related industries
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Strategic mindset with a passion for storytelling and creativity

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
