Chef de Partie – South Indian Cuisine
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) – South Indian Cuisine to lead and manage the South Indian section of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will be an expert in authentic and regional South Indian preparations—from traditional breakfast varieties to specialty curries and contemporary presentations—while ensuring consistent taste, hygiene, and efficiency.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a premium hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Proven expertise in South Indian cuisines including Tamil, Kerala, Andhra, and Karnataka specialties.
- Familiarity with dosa varieties, traditional breakfasts, Chettinad gravies, seafood, and vegetarian delicacies.
- Strong knowledge of spices, slow-cooking methods, and regional taste profiles.
- Ability to manage time, lead a team, and perform under pressure.
- Knowledge of hygiene protocols and kitchen documentation.
