We're Launching a New FMCG Venture – Looking for a Co-Founder (No Investment Required)
We’re building something exciting in the FMCG sector, with a sharp focus on Food & Beverages – and we’re looking for a passionate Co-Founder to join us at the ground level.
This is an opportunity to shape a consumer-facing brand from scratch — with full operational leadership, decision-making power, and equity-based rewards.
key Responsibilities:
- Lead production setup, supply chain, and vendor management
- Ensure all regulatory compliances (FSSAI, packaging, documentation) are in place
- Collaborate on product development, sourcing, and go-to-market planning
- Build and optimize manufacturing processes and quality control
- Be part of strategic decisions as a founding leader
Who We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years’ experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in food & beverage
- Strong understanding of FSSAI, logistics, vendor ops, and documentation
- Passionate about startups, self-driven, and ready to own the journey
- No investment required – only expertise, ownership, and commitment
