Job Requirements
We are looking for a Cataract Counsellor to join our team at Vasan Eye Care-An ASG Hospital- Salem. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and have a passion for helping people.
Responsibilities:
- Provide counselling services to patients and their families
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Document patient progress and treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
- Provide support and guidance to patients and their families
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in counselling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Passion for helping people
- Hospital Work Background are invited
- Good number of conversions

Preference: Within Dharmapuri / willing to relocate before joining.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
