Job Opportunity: Expert Career Counsellors (ECC) at Back2study
We're looking for passionate Career Counsellors to join our team! Help UK-based students find the right study options, guide them through university applications, and ensure eligibility for student finance.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on relevant study programs & university requirements
- Manage student profiles & CRM data
- Collect documents & guide through application process
- Ensure finance eligibility & follow-up with students
- Generate referrals & reviews
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in student counseling
- Excellent communication skills (Fluent in English)
- Work hours: Monday-Saturday, 1:30 pm – 10:30 pm (Chembur Office or WFH option)
- If WFH: Own room, good WiFi, laptop (8GB RAM, 256GB SSD), and noise-canceling headphones
Compensation:
- ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month Gross + performance bonuses
