Job Title: Business Associate – Insurance Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, referrals, and networking.
- Sales Conversion: Present insurance products (life, health, general of all insurance companies working in India) tailored to client needs and close sales.
- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure policy renewals and upselling.
- Lead Management: Handle leads generated by the company and convert them into business.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales processes follow regulatory guidelines and maintain accurate records.
- Training & Development: Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on products and sales techniques.

Qualifications
- Minimum: Graduate in any discipline
