Job Role:
As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects and homeowners in Melbourne. Your goal is to introduce our services, generate interest, qualify leads, and close appointments/sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to Melbourne-based prospects using provided leads.
- Present company services in a clear, confident, and professional manner.
- Build rapport with decision-makers and overcome objections effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales/appointment targets.
- Work closely with the team leader to refine calling scripts and improve results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales / telesales / call center roles (international sales preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Confidence in handling objections and closing deals over the phone.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
- Reliable internet connection, laptop/PC, and a quiet work-from-home setup.
- Willing to work in Australian shift hours (Melbourne time zone).
- Ability to visit the office for Training
