- Operate and maintain high- and low-pressure boilers and related equipment.
- Monitor boiler systems for temperature, pressure, fuel levels, and water quality.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Test boiler water and adjust chemical levels to prevent corrosion and scaling.
- Record operational data, maintenance logs, and safety checks.
- Respond to emergency shutdowns or malfunctions and perform corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Train junior staff on boiler operations and safety protocols.
