Key Responsibilities:
Coffee Preparation & Quality Control
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks and other beverages to standard recipes.
- Monitor product quality, consistency, and presentation at all times.
- Conduct regular tastings to maintain and improve coffee standards
Team Leadership & Training
- Lead, train, and supervise the barista team.
- Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions for new and existing staff.
- Schedule and allocate duties to baristas, ensuring optimal team performance.
Customer Service
- Maintain a warm, professional, and personalized customer experience.
- Address customer feedback and resolve any service-related issues promptly.
Inventory & Equipment Management
- Manage coffee stock, beans, milk, and other items.
- Ensure equipment is cleaned and maintained regularly.
- Coordinate with suppliers for orders and maintenance needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
