- Consistently make coffee according to SOP.
- Have thorough knowledge of the menu and available products.
- Inventory Management.
- Unloading and stocking as required.
- Complying with SOD & EOD process.
- Ability to operate cash register or point of sale (POS) terminal as needed.
- Ability to interact with customers and assist with food menu and service-related queries.
