Job Summary:
As a Barista, you’ll be the face of our café, crafting high-quality coffee and beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and helping maintain a clean, efficient, and inviting space.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customer specifications.
- Maintain knowledge of our menu, ingredients, and brewing methods.
- Provide excellent customer service—greeting guests, taking orders, and handling payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and café area.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person).
- Passion for coffee and customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Ability to stand for long periods

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
