Eligibility:
- Graduation in any field / 3-year diploma after 12th
- Fresher or experienced in call centre, banking, or telecom
- Good written communication in English
- Proficient in Hindi & English (verbal)
- Typing speed: 25–30 WPM | Accuracy: 85%
- Email writing skills
