Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Café Captain to lead the front-of-house team and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, supervising staff, handling customer interactions, and ensuring a seamless café experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the café service team to ensure efficient operations.
- Greet and interact with customers to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Train and guide staff on service standards, hygiene, and customer handling.
- Ensure tables are set up properly and the café is kept clean and organized.
- Handle customer complaints and provide quick, effective solutions.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen and barista for refills.
- Assist in managing cash transactions and daily sales reports.
- Enforce hygiene and safety regulations as per company policies
