Job Responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing & Verification: Review and process service provider invoices for roadside assistance claims, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
- Claims Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies in claims, ensuring timely approvals or denials.
- Payment Tracking: Process approved payments and perform accurate records of transactions.
- Provider Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for service provider payment inquiries and concerns.
- Collaboration & Process Improvement: Assisting with internal projects and contributing to process improvements.
Primary Skills:
- While this role focuses on back-office tasks, we are looking for someone who is open and ready for potential transitions into customer-facing roles (Voice/Calls).
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethics and understanding the criticality of TAT.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in 24x7 shifts with split weekly offs.
Knowledge/Skill/Abilities/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Ability to interact effectively, interacting effectively, with internal or external customers and act with empathy
- Applies advanced skill in motivation, organization, training, coaching and facilitation of teamwork
Candidate should be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts
