Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Job Description – Export Documentation
Job Summary: We are seeking fresh graduates with a passion for accuracy and efficiency to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional typing skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Bills of Lading for shipments across various countries while adhering to specific country exceptions.
- Analyse and audit bills processed with a focus on maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Ensure that all tasks meet or exceed SLAs.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and Excel, for day-to-day tasks.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to meet departmental goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Recent graduate with strong typing skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Attention to detail and ability to analyse and audit documentation effectively.
- Flexibility to work in various shifts, including public and festive holidays.
