Requirement- Advocates (Having valid law degree and enrolled as an Advocate)
Location- Courts in NCR- Rohini District Court, Saket District Courts, Tis hazari District Court, Patiala House Court, Tis Hazari District Court, Gurgaon District Court, Noida District Court, Delhi High Court, AFT, CESTATE, Gurgaon RERA
Other Location- Allahabad High Court
Other Locations- Anywhere in India
Conveyance- Nil (One must apply for those court in which they are always present and no conveyance shall be paid to any one for appearance in the Courts.
Payment- Per appearance/work/assignment- r/s.100-Rs.400 per appearance/work depending upon the nature of work
Payment- Work to work basis
Location of work- Remote. (Whenever there will be requirement of any work in the specific court, work shall be allotted to that candidate for the respective court in which such candidates may be practising)
Area of practice- Any area of practice
Requirements in the court- adjournment, hearing, Final Hearing, Cross Examination/Evidence, Filing, Certified Copies, Inspection, Challans etc.
