Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Field Sales Executive who will promote our German language training programs, visit multiple locations across Delhi NCR, and enroll candidates interested in building their careers in Germany and Austria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit workshops, garages, mechanic markets, and vocational centers across Delhi NCR to promote our training programs.
- Explain the benefits of learning German and working abroad to potential candidates.
- Convince and guide candidates about the course structure, job opportunities, and overall process.
- Distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures) and maintain a record of interested candidates.
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets.
- Report daily visit details and progress to the management team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of field sales/marketing experience (preferably in education, training, or similar industry).
- Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred).
- Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to explain processes clearly to a non-technical audience.
