We are in search of a caring, insightful, and qualified Preschool Counselor to join our enthusiastic early learning team. This is a meaningful opportunity for someone who is genuinely committed to supporting young children in their emotional and social development during their early years.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Observe and assess young children to identify emotional, behavioral, and social development needs.
- Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions for children experiencing difficulties such as separation anxiety, behavior issues, or social isolation.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and families to design and implement supportive strategies that encourage emotional well-being and positive behavior.
- Advise educators on managing classroom behavior and fostering a positive, engaging learning environment.
Essential Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience working with young children in a counseling or early education setting
- Effective communication skills in both Hindi and English
- In-depth understanding of early childhood behavior and proven strategies for supporting positive classroom conduct
