Jet Tech Infra is seeking a proactive and reliable Office Administrator to support our Accounts and HR departments with daily administrative and data-entry tasks. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Accounts & HR heads with data entry and documentation
* Prepare and update reports in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets
* Maintain organized digital and physical records
* Coordinate with internal departments as needed
* Manage day-to-day admin tasks to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
* Basic understanding of office systems and admin processes
* Experience with document handling and simple follow-ups is a plus
