Counselor / Sr. Counselor / Ophthalmic Counselor – Patient counseling
Requirement: Any graduate with fluent in English, Telugu and Hindi
Experience : Minimum one year in as counselor in eye hospital / Ophthalmic experience (mandatory)
Job Role
- Counsel patients on surgical and non-surgical procedures
- Explain treatment plans, risks, and post-op care in patient-friendly language
- Coordinate with billing/TPA teams for financial clarity and approvals
- Maintain accurate counseling records and consent documentation
- Support outreach and referral conversions with empathetic communication
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
