We’re Hiring – US Non-IT Recruiter (Civil/Bridge/Land Development)
Location: Remote
Work Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (IST overlap with US)
Are you a passionate recruiter with experience hiring Civil, Structural, Bridge, and Land Development Engineers?
We’re looking for someone who can manage end-to-end hiring, build strong talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to close niche roles in the infrastructure/engineering domain.
What You’ll Do:
Source, screen & shortlist civil/structural engineering talent
Build pipelines via LinkedIn, job portals & referrals
Coordinate interviews & candidate communications
Understand technical project requirements
Ensure timely closures for mid–senior level roles
What We’re Looking For:3–8 years of US Non-IT recruiting experience
Track record of closing Civil/Bridge/Land Development rolesStrong sourcing & networking skills
Excellent communication & relationship-building
