- Handle inquiries from prospective parents through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding the school’s curriculum, facilities, admission criteria, and procedures.
- Conduct campus tours for parents and prospective students.
- Assist parents in completing the admission application process and documentation.
- Coordinate entrance tests, interviews, and interaction sessions with school authorities.
- Maintain updated records of inquiries, applications, and admissions in the school’s database.
- Follow up with potential applicants to ensure maximum conversion of inquiries to admissions.
- Collaborate with the Principal and Management on admission strategies and outreach initiatives.
- Represent the school at education fairs, exhibitions, and community outreach events.
- Support the marketing team in promoting the school through brochures, social media, and admission campaigns.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in dealing with parents, students, and staff.
