Job Role & Responsibilities:
As an Admission Counsellor, you will play a key role in guiding students and parents about course options, admission procedures, and career prospects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling student walk-ins, inquiries, and phone/email queries regarding courses.
- Counseling prospective students on the institute’s programs (Computer, English, IT, Shorthand, etc.) and career pathways.
- Explaining course details, benefits, fee structures, and admission processes clearly.
- Achieving monthly admission/enrollment targets set by the management.
- Maintaining accurate student records and follow-up logs (calls, emails, visits).
- Building strong relationships with students, parents, and professionals for referrals.
- Participating in promotional activities like seminars, workshops, and career fairs.
- Providing input to management on student feedback and market demand for new courses.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
