Responsible for leading and overseeing the HR Center of Competency to align with the organization's strategic goals. This role entails developing and implementing HR best practices, policies, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and ensuring HR strategies are aligned with business objectives. Collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR Business Partners & other sub-function within HR to provide expert guidance.
Key Objective of this position is responsible for
Develop and lead the Company’s comprehensive strategy for Total Rewards using compelling and equitable compensation and benefits programs aimed at attracting and retaining world-class talent in a competitive environment.
Establish system to conduct regular reviews of policies, procedures, and practices; develop and recommend improvements as necessary, and ensure timely communication of changes to staff and management.
Drive DEI framework, policies to create a diverse and inclusive workplace by implementing strategies that promote equity, inclusivity, and respect for all employees.
Responsible to manage the design and delivery of digital HR platforms and architecture and act as a bridge between HR and IT functions in managing and optimizing HR systems to enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
Develop strategies and lead TQM implementation for HR.
Coach, mentor, and develop his/her subordinates, including overseeing new employee on boarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.
