Overall, Job Summary
The HR Services Lead - NA is a key contributor to the execution of North America HR Services and global enablement programs. This role will execute and administer HR Services activities required to support the North America crew base, including onboarding, employee relations support, policies and processes, according to compliance standards and service delivery expectations. In addition, the role will play a key role in the implementation of global talent and learning and development programs across the global Sales and Delivery teams, with a focus on instructional design, strategy, metric reporting and facilitation. The role holder will be proactive and thrive in high-change environments, and be confident in navigating cross-functional workstreams in a global setting.
Key Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with HR leadership and Shared Services teams to support ongoing HR operations: policy administration, compensation, benefits processing, onboarding, recognition, and HR documentation.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records, manage personnel transactions, and ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Serve as a key liaison to internal departments, business leaders, and external partners for efficient HR service delivery.
- Manage HR tickets and service inquiries, particularly for North America, ensuring high standards of accuracy and responsiveness.
- Support the execution of enablement programs for Sales and Delivery teams globally.
- Act as the central coordinator for global and regional L&D initiatives, managing scheduling, logistics, and communications.
- Track and report on participation, completion rates, learner feedback, and overall program effectiveness.
- Integrate L&D components into onboarding and orientation programs.
- Assist localising global learning programs and support the delivery of virtual learning sessions locally.
- Participate in the design of learner-centered content using instructional design best practices and tools such as Articulate Rise.
May perform additional duties as assigned.
Reporting Relationship:
Typically reports to the Director, HR Services NA, secondary reporting to Senior Learning and Development Partner.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to work across time zones and teams
- Experience with Articulate Rise and familiarity with instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
- Proven ability to develop and execute enablement or learning strategies that drive results
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-change environment
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)
- Demonstrated ability to codify and implement best practices to enhance performance and customer success
- Ability to align with global time zones for key meetings and collaboration

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
Certifications:
Any HR certification preferred
Experiences:
4 + years human resources experience, including HR Operations or Learning and Development work.
Experience with HRIS platforms and ticketing systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) strongly preferred.
