Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts cum Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good command over MS Excel, and the ability to handle daily office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate E-Way Bills and maintain related documentation
- Follow up with clients/customers for payments and update records
- Perform basic data entry and maintain daily records in Excel
- Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and other accounting documents
- Maintain and organize office files and administrative records
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments
- Support other routine office tasks as required
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and invoicing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Qualification: B.Com / BBA / or relevant field preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
