- Accurately enter purchase, sales, and expense entries into the accounting system.
- Maintain and update financial records (accounts payable and receivable).
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment reminders.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor daily cash flow.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
- Handle general office administration (calls, emails, supplies).
- Maintain service call records and schedule service appointments.
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
