Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians and service personnel.
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex HVAC issues.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Train and mentor new technicians on best practices in HVAC service and repair.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC Supervisor or similar role within the HVAC industry.
- Strong mechanical skills with a focus on equipment repair and maintenance.
- Familiarity with schematics, refrigeration systems, plumbing, and welding techniques.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
