Are you an experienced HVAC professional with leadership skills and a passion for managing complex projects? We're looking for a dedicated HVAC Project Supervisor to join our team and lead our HVAC installations, renovations, and maintenance projects from start to finish.
Education: Diploma in Mech. Engineering, HVAC Certification course, or any other degree with relevant experience in HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise HVAC installations, retrofits, and service projects on commercial and residential sites
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure timely completion
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and materials
- Ensure safety compliance and quality control on all job sites
- Train and manage on-site HVAC crews
- Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HVAC project management or supervision
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and safety protocols
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Valid HVAC certification/license (as per state or local requirements)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry
- Experience with commercial HVAC systems
- OSHA safety certification
- Familiarity with project management software
