Key Responsibilities:
Designation-HVAC Foreman
Location-Abu Dhabi
- Supervise daily activities of HVAC technicians and helpers for installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split units, package units, ventilation fans, and ducting.
- Read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, schematics, and manufacturer manuals to plan and execute work effectively.
- Allocate tasks to team members, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower, tools, and materials.
- Oversee installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment, ensuring correct alignment, levelling, and secure installation as per specifications.
- Monitor maintenance activities including inspection, troubleshooting, filter replacement, refrigerant charging, leak testing, and component replacement.
- Ensure proper installation and insulation of ductwork, piping, and supports as per design standards.
- Conduct site inspections to verify quality of work, adherence to standards, and compliance with safety requirements.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and civil teams to ensure interface works are completed smoothly.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings, enforcing proper use of PPE and adherence to site safety protocols.
- Report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment faults to supervisors immediately.
- Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, and material requests as required.
- Guide, mentor, and train HVAC technicians to enhance technical skills and safety awareness
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
