About Us
We’re a creative post-production studio working with photographers, videographers, brands and content creators from around the globe. From high-end retouching and video editing to content creation, we help our clients tell powerful visual stories. Now, we’re looking for a Part-Time Book-Keeper/Accounts Manager to bring clarity to our books while we stay focused on creativity.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using Zoho Books or QuickBooks or Xero
- Track income, expenses, and international transactions
- Reconcile multiple multi-currency accounts, credit cards, and payment gateways (e.g. PayPal, Wise)
- Generate monthly financial reports and cash flow summaries
- Assist with GST, TDS, and international tax-related documentation when required
- Maintain financial records and assist with budget planning
- Coordinate with the founder and external CA for tax filing
What You’ll Bring
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or QuickBooks or Xero (Mandatory)
- Strong understanding of accounting and compliance
- Familiarity with managing multi-currency conversions
- Ability to work independently, with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in creative or service-based industries is a plus
- Knowledge of Indian and Canadian taxation is a bonus.
