1. Welding experience in base frame and structure fabrication
2. Steady Hands and Good Hand-Eye Coordination.
3. Good Knowledge & Experience in both ARC & ARGON welding
4. The Ability to Always Learn New Things.
5. Good Communication and Teamwork Abilities.
