Job Description:
We are looking for skilled Argon Welders (TIG Welders) with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in stainless steel and/or aluminum welding. The ideal candidate should be able to produce high-quality welds in a fast-paced production or fabrication environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG (Argon) welding on stainless steel or other metals as required.
- Read and interpret welding drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding rods and filler materials.
- Inspect and ensure quality of welds, maintaining precision and safety standards.
- Perform grinding, finishing, and cleaning of weld joints when necessary.
- Maintain tools and equipment and follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Argon (TIG) welding.
- Proficient in welding thin sheets, pipes, or structures with high precision.
- Knowledge of welding symbols, joint configurations, and welding positions.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a fabrication team.
- Physically fit to handle welding tasks and work in varying conditions.
