Key Responsibilities:
- Call prospective students and working professionals from the leads database.
- Provide detailed information about various IT training programs (e.g., Data Analyst, Data Science, Full Stack Development, Business Analyst, Software Testing, etc.).
- Counsel students based on their interests, background, and career goals.
- Follow up consistently with interested candidates to close admissions.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments by building rapport and trust.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Assist in coordinating demo sessions, webinars, and walk-ins.
- Handle objections professionally and resolve queries effectively.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for conversions and outreach.
- Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams for seamless communication.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, etc.)
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and at least one regional language (preferred: Hindi/Marathi/Tamil/Telugu depending on location).
- Confident, persuasive, and empathetic counseling approach.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in EdTech, counseling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
