Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about ingredients or dietary preferences.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
- Serve orders efficiently, ensuring presentation and quality standards.
- Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Handle billing and payments through POS systems (cash, UPI, cards, etc.).
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas.
- Assist with restocking and side duties (cutlery, condiments, table setup, etc.).
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service protocols consistently.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen, café staff, and supervisors.
