Job Summary: The Vendor Coordinator will be responsible for managing relationships with furniture vendors, ensuring timely delivery of products, negotiating contracts, and maintaining inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors.
- Evaluate vendor performance and provide feedback to ensure service levels meet company standards.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies with vendors promptly and efficiently.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with vendors to secure the best possible deals.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is maintained.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage incoming shipments.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Liaise with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to align procurement activities with business objectives.
- Communicate delivery schedules and product availability to relevant teams.
- Prepare and present regular reports on vendor performance and inventory status.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, purchase orders, and correspondence.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
