We’re looking for a US Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in EdTech/E-learning to manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles. You’ll source, screen, and secure top talent, focusing on building a strong pipeline for positions like instructional designers, curriculum developers, sales, marketing, and technical experts.
A Day in your life
● Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for
EdTech/E-learning roles.
● Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a network of high-quality candidates.
● Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to align on job
requirements and team needs.
● Market Insights: Stay updated on US hiring trends and compensation
benchmarks.
● ATS Management: Use ATS platforms efficiently for tracking recruitment
progress.

● 2+ years of recruitment experience in EdTech/E-learning, focusing on the US
market.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills.
● Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Jobvite).
● Knowledge of US labor laws and hiring practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
