We are looking for a School Transport Incharge cum Supervisor to manage the daily operations of the school transport system. This role involves overseeing the fleet of school buses, ensuring student safety during transit, managing drivers and helpers, and coordinating efficient transport routes. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in school transport management, excellent organizational skills, and a strong focus on safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:Transport Operations:
- Plan, manage, and optimize school bus routes for punctual and safe student pickup and drop-off.
- Ensure timely arrival and departure of all school vehicles.
- Coordinate transportation for school trips, events, and emergencies.
Safety & Compliance:
- Enforce safety protocols for student travel and vehicle operations.
- Ensure all buses comply with transport regulations, including vehicle fitness, insurance, permits, and driver licenses.
- Conduct regular safety drills and briefings for students and staff.
