Key Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to potential customers/students. * Explain products or services (training/courses) offered by the company. * Follow up with interested leads and schedule appointments. * Maintain call records and update the database. * Handle basic inquiries and transfer to relevant departments if required. * Meet daily and monthly call targets. **Requirements:** * Good communication skills (Gujarati/Hindi/English as required). * Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, etc.). * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Prior experience in telecalling is a plus
