Location: Wagholi / Bavdhan / Viman Nagar, Pune

To strengthen our sales & customer relationship team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller who can effectively connect with customers, generate leads, and support sales conversion.
Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, promoting dealership offerings, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote new and used car sales, exchange offers, and dealership services.
- Handle inbound inquiries related to cars, offers, finance schemes, insurance, and service packages.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule showroom visits or test drives for prospective customers.
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with accurate call logs, feedback, and follow-up actions.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle models, pricing, finance/loan options, and promotional schemes.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and closure of leads.
- Conduct post-sale follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Handle basic customer complaints and queries politely and escalate complex issues to the sales or service department.
- Achieve monthly call targets, lead conversion goals, and contribute to dealership sales objectives.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of the automobile industry and car dealership processes (preferred).
- Ability to work with CRM software, MS Excel, and maintain structured data.
- Positive attitude, patience, and customer-first mindset.
- Target-oriented with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum HSC / Graduate in any stream.
- 1 year of experience as a Telecaller / Customer Care Executive / Inside Sales Executive (automobile industry preferred).
Work Timings
- Full-time | 6 Days Working (Sunday may be working as per showroom schedule).
- Flexible to work during dealership events, festive campaigns, or special promotions.
