The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by handling documentation, coordinating with clients, managing internal communication, and ensuring timely follow-ups through cold calls. This position requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation, including quotations, proposals, contracts, and invoices. Conduct cold calls to new and existing prospects to generate leads and schedule appointments. Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of the sales cycle. Create and maintain sales reports and trackers using Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas).Proofread all outgoing communication to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Maintain a well-organized database of leads, opportunities, and client interactions. Support the sales team with follow-ups, scheduling, and internal reporting.
Skills Required:
Fluency in (English & Hindi) is mandatory
Additional language proficiency (e.g., Tamil, or other regional languages) is a strong advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
Attention to detail, especially for proofreading and documentation.
Ability to handle cold calling with confidence and clarity.
Time management and multitasking skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in a sales support, coordination, or administrative role.
Exposure to a fast-paced or client-facing environment preferred.
