Job Title: Supply Chain Projects Manager

Role Overview:
Supply Chain Projects Manager will lead and execute high-impact initiatives across our supply chain network. This role will focus on driving operational efficiency, cost reduction, and digital transformation projects across logistics, warehousing, and planning functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation projects, from scoping to implementation, aligned with business strategy.
- Project management of cross-functional initiatives.
- Analyse supply chain KPIs to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (planning, logistics, procurement, manufacturing) and external vendors or partners.
- Lead automation and digitalization projects (e.g., WMS/TMS upgrades, inventory optimization tools).
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement across supply chain operations.
- Develop business cases, ROI estimates, and post-implementation impact assessments.
- Cost control & Budget planning for Supplychain function
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while managing risks, resources, and stakeholder alignment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering / supply chain / Operations; MBA (Tier 1/Tier 2)
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain functions, with at least 2–3 years in project/program management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain domains: logistics, inventory, warehousing.
- Experience with SAP, TMS & WMS Tools.
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project or Smartsheet).
- BI tools expertise like Power BI/Tableau/ Qlik sense
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Timely and on-budget project delivery
- Achieved cost savings or productivity improvement
- Uptime and adoption rate of deployed systems/tools
- Stakeholder satisfaction score.
- Adherence % of supply chain digitization
