Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven Subject Matter Expert in Sales to counsel students and parents for JEE & NEET preparation. The role involves direct interaction with clients at their homes, building trust through expert guidance, and converting them into enrolled students after impactful counseling sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents on JEE & NEET preparation strategies, syllabus, and learning pathways.
- Conduct 8–10 home visits per week to meet prospective clients.
- Deliver engaging, clear, and confident counseling sessions to influence student career decisions.
- Explain course offerings, academic benefits, and NNIIT’s unique approach.
- Handle end-to-end sales process — from appointment booking to final closure.
- Maintain strong follow-up discipline to maximize conversions.
- Collaborate with the academic and sales team to ensure seamless student onboarding.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:
- Teaching background in JEE/NEET, OR
- B.Tech in CSE or related field, OR
- Relevant experience in EdTech industry.
- Strong command over Mathematics and Science concepts.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to convert leads into successful enrollments.
- Willingness to travel extensively for home visits.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
