We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our presence across various social media platforms. The role involves creating engaging content, running campaigns, analyzing performance, and building an active online community to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies in line with brand objectives.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and other multimedia content.
- Manage and grow brand presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to keep strategies up-to-date.
- Run paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Respond to customer queries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams for cohesive campaigns.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
