Job Summary:
As the Studio Operations & Client Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and artists. You’ll manage front desk operations, assist with client communication and onboarding, and ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day bookings as well as scheduled events.

Key Responsibilities:
* Greet visitors, clients, and artists warmly and professionally
* Manage studio bookings—walk-ins, phone, and email inquiries
* Answer and direct phone calls or messages to relevant team members
* Maintain and update the studio calendar for shoots and events
* Coordinate with studio managers and the technical team regarding booking logistics
* Handle inquiries related to studio rates, availability, and services
* Ensure the front desk and common areas are neat, welcoming, and organized
* Monitor and manage basic inventory (props, guest passes, etc.)
* Provide event-day support for shoots, shows, and workshops
* Oversee event check-ins, manage guest lists, wristbands/passes if applicable
* Assist with basic billing, invoicing, and documentation tasks
* Reach out to potential clients via email and phone for onboarding and partnerships
* Follow up with leads and maintain an inquiry database or CRM sheet

Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
* Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
* Proficiency in MS Office, Google Calendar, and basic digital tools
* Friendly, approachable, and calm under pressure
* Willingness to work flexible hours on event-heavy days
* Comfortable with cold-calling, client communication, and follow-ups
* Confident managing visitor flow and entry procedures during events
* Freshers are welcome – training and mentorship will be provided

Preferred Qualifications:
* Background or interest in media, events, or creative industries
* Familiarity with studio equipment or booking platforms is a bonus
* Understanding of photography/videography session dynamics
* Ability to multitask and coordinate with internal teams effectively
