ob Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate South Indian Commis Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in preparing authentic South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutneys, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook South Indian breakfast and meals as per standard recipes
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Ensure timely preparation and service of dishes
- Manage ingredients, storage, and mise en place
- Follow kitchen protocols and maintain discipline in the kitchen
Requirements:
- Proven experience in preparing South Indian cuisine
- Ability to work early morning shifts and in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hygiene and kitchen safety practices
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow under senior chefs
