Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing authentic Indian dishes with attention to taste, hygiene, and timely presentation. The chef should be well-versed in regional cuisines and classic recipes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner items per the menu and guest requests.
- Ensure proper marination, seasoning, and cooking techniques.
- Handle Tandoor, North Indian, and South Indian specialties.
- Monitor kitchen sanitation, food storage, and waste control.
- Train junior cooks and maintain food consistency.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef for menu planning.
Profile Requirements:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Indian cuisine.
- Knowledge of food safety, garnishing, and presentation.
- Physically fit to work in hot environments.
- Should be able to manage inventory and kitchen hygiene.
- Adaptable and team-oriented attitude.
