Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes such as:
- Sambar, Rasam, Kootu, Poriyal, Avial
- Ensure all meals are prepared in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Manage inventory of kitchen ingredients and notify when stock is low
- Follow food safety regulations and quality control standards
- Customize dishes based on dietary restrictions if required
