We are seeking an experienced North Indian Cook to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing authentic North Indian cuisine, including curries, tandoori dishes, biryanis, breads, and other traditional delicacies, while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and hygiene. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook authentic North Indian dishes, such as butter chicken, paneer tikka, dal makhani, biryani, kebabs, naan, roti, and parathas. Ensure the right balance of spices and flavors to maintain authenticity. Operate and handle kitchen equipment such as tandoor ovens, grills, and kadais. Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and portion sizes. Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards. Manage inventory of North Indian ingredients such as spices, dairy products, lentils, and flours. Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while handling multiple orders. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely food preparation. Modify dishes based on customer preferences or dietary restrictions.
