Job Description:
Shivaay is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be skilled at creating engaging content, managing campaigns, and driving audience engagement while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and schedule high-quality content (text, images, videos) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction.
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports to measure success and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithms, and best practices to maximize reach and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing professional social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of various platforms and their audiences.
- Creativity in content creation and storytelling.
- Good knowledge of social media analytics and tools.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts in a fast-paced environment.
